Employers

IAESTE Canada finds qualified and enthusiastic international students to work for Canadian employers and facilitates the work permit process.

IAESTE Canada is a Recognized Organization of the IEC program of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. When hiring students through IAESTE you do not require a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).

We can assist employers in two scenarios:

  • Global Offer - Based on your job description, recruiting students from abroad and facilitating a work permit for your chosen candidate.

  • A Reserved Offer - Facilitating a work permit for a student that you have already selected to work in Canada.
